When you are hypersensitive to the everyday sounds around you, the ability to hear becomes a curse. After several therapies and an attempt to take her own life, Ava is up for an experimental treatment in an anechoic chamber, but what first appears to be an oasis of calm soon begins to crumble as her own body betrays her solitude.
